View MetaData

To view metadata information for files or folders, right-click on the folder or file and select Show Profile, or after selecting a file/folder, click Open > Show Profile from the top menu.

The metadata view screen contains all the metadata information defined for the file or folder. On this screen, users can view metadata details such as title, field name, and whether the field is mandatory. Additionally, if multiple metadata forms exist, they are listed sequentially and can be viewed one by one.
